Hardware wallets are out of stock again recently, and in my group, a bunch of people are cursing while searching for "alternative options," only to find a bunch of phishing links... To be honest, security isn't about luck; it's about process. If your assets aren't large and you just want peace of mind, using a hardware wallet + writing down your seed phrase and keeping it offline can block most "slip-ups"; if your assets are a bit bigger and you're worried about accidentally sending to the wrong address someday, multi-signature is quite nice, at least you need to gather several keys before it can be moved; for higher assets or if you're especially afraid of losing everything and family members need to be able to take over, social recovery is like "finding a few trustworthy friends as insurance," but the premise is that you really have trustworthy friends (I... am not sure). Anyway, don't click on unfamiliar links during high-risk periods; no matter how expensive your wallet is, it can't withstand your curiosity for even a second.
