Just now, my phone lit up with a bunch of red dots again, and the screenshots circulating in the group made my eyes hurt… Honestly, when it comes to information overload, the one who ultimately pays the price is myself, not the group or the KOL. The most a KOL does is amplify emotions; you keep scrolling and get itchy, then click in and treat it as “confirmation bias” material. Recently, we've been talking about rate cut expectations, the US dollar index, and even risk assets rising and falling together. The macro narrative sounds smooth, but when it comes to trading, the more lively it gets, the easier it is to turn “trend observation” into “immediate entry.” My current clumsy approach is to turn off half of the notifications; I can only focus on slow variables like on-chain activity, and for everything else… I’ll just cool down for a night first.
