Recently I read a statement from Dolly Singer, former head of talent at SpaceX, that hasn't left my mind. She described working there as being on a "naval engineering mission" — and honestly, that pretty much sums up what Musk has created.
What impressed me the most was when she directly stated: she believes Elon Musk is smarter than Einstein. This is not a casual exaggeration. Singer explained that his brain processes information at a completely different level — a thousand times above average. It’s not just high IQ; it’s the way he applies it to real problems that makes even the most experienced engineers feel small.
Working at SpaceX, you don’t choose comfort. Singer said something that makes a lot of sense: "If you feel comfortable, it means you’re not growing." The team is selected like a special operations force, tasked with jobs most people consider impossible. Every day is a double test of body and will.
What sets Musk apart is not just his exceptional IQ, but how he combines extreme intelligence with unprecedented ambition. He aims to be nothing less than the greatest engineer in history. And while many talk about limits, he simply doesn’t recognize them. "Working with Musk means learning to stay calm amid constant anxiety," as Singer described in the BBC documentary.
That’s why, in just a few decades, he has brought electric cars, rockets, AI, and brain-machine interfaces to such a forefront. Because in his mental universe, the word "impossible" has never existed.
Looking at the markets now: BTC at $78.33K (+1.59%), ETH at $2.31K (+1.12%), DOGE at $0.11 (-0.47%). If you want to understand how someone can move entire markets with vision, Musk’s mindset is the answer. It’s worth following these dynamics here at Gate.
