According to the SuperteamNG Impact Report, Nigeria ranked sixth globally in the first quarter of 2026 by Solana developer share and became Africa’s largest Solana developer hub. The report says that Nigerian developers account for about 67% of Africa’s active Solana developers, and during the same period, they brought more than $162,000 (over 16.2万US dollars) in direct funding to the local economy through ecosystem bounties, Solana Foundation grants, and other initiatives. Evolution supported by SuperteamNG processed a total value of over $4 million, and NectarFi’s test-phase transaction volume exceeded $6 million; in the first quarter, 15 Nigerian products partnered with SuperteamNG to integrate Solana features, including services such as stablecoin settlement and SOL collateralized lending.
