After TAO experienced a round of decline triggered by the "subnet exit" event, the price did not continue its weakness but instead showed a clear anti-drop characteristic—consolidating sideways in the low range without further breakdown. This "stubbornly not falling" state itself is a sign of relative strength, indicating that selling pressure is gradually weakening after being released, and buyers are starting to absorb at low levels. From a technical perspective, TAO is currently forming a pattern of slowly rising lows, similar to an ascending converging triangle, with the overall center of gravity gradually shifting upward, and the price continuously approaching an important upper resistance level.
From a stress-testing point of view, the resistance zone above has been tested twice by the market but has not been effectively broken through. According to technical analysis experience, if a key resistance level is tested a third time, it often signals that a decisive battle between bulls and bears is imminent, and the probability of a trend reversal significantly increases. Therefore, the key focus moving forward is whether TAO can, during the third attempt to break the resistance, achieve a significant increase in trading volume and successfully hold above it. Once a "volume-driven breakout" occurs, a short-term acceleration in upward movement is likely to be triggered.
In terms of space, the current price and the target zone above are separated by a relatively wide "gap," with no dense trading zones blocking the way. This means that once initiated, the price has the potential for a rapid jump, filling the middle space. Regarding the magnitude of the rise, a 15% to 20% increase is not exaggerated, and with market sentiment aligned, such a rally could be completed within a few weeks. From a game theory perspective, the current position is closer to a "slightly right-side but risk-controlled" node: there is structural support below, and a clear target price (around 300) above, offering a good risk-reward ratio. Therefore, traders should currently focus on the volume performance during the breakout; only with volume confirmation can the new upward trend be confirmed. #Gate广场五月交易分享
