By the time I was writing this post, the market had already pulled back 20%. This is not a normal correction; it's a flash crash caused by insufficient liquidity.
All indicators have become invalid in the face of a 180% increase over 13 hours. The long positions just got caught at the top, and after a 20% plunge, the short positions could rebound at any moment. There's no room for shorting, and both bulls and bears find it hard to act.
Some people are making money in this market, but most are just on-chain addresses and bots taking turns cutting each other. Retail traders are trying to react quickly in this volume, but the risk-reward ratio is too poor.
It's recommended to abandon this coin directly and wait for the next trend.
