SpaceX Links Musk’s 200 Million-Share Award to Mars Colony and $7.5T Valuation

SpaceX approved a new pay package for Elon Musk that grants up to 200 million super-voting restricted shares if the company reaches a $7.5 trillion valuation and a permanent Mars settlement of 1 million residents. A separate award could grant up to 60.4 million more restricted shares if SpaceX meets other valuation targets and operates space-based data centers with at least 100 terawatts of compute capacity. The filing also says Musk can only be removed from the board or his positions by Class B holders.
