I found that unrealized losses are really noisier than unrealized gains; when you're making money, you sleep more soundly... Maybe the brain defaults to "what's earned doesn't count as mine," but losses feel like they're being pulled out of your pocket, and you keep wanting to make up for them. So the more I watch the K-line, the more I want to trade, and the more I trade, the easier I make mistakes, ultimately losing not just money but also sleep.

Recently, the set of staking, shared security, and yield stacking has been called "matryoshka dolls," and I also resonate a bit: the yields look like they're stacking, but the risks are stacking too, just not explicitly shown on the interface. To put it simply, the discomfort from unrealized losses isn't just because the numbers shrink, but because I suddenly realize I haven't considered the costs of bridges, contracts, and liquidations in these links. Anyway, I now split my positions into smaller parts, don't look before bed, keep some cash as painkillers, and just leave it at that.
