These past few days, I've been staring at the unlock calendar until my eyes hurt, feeling like everyone's selling pressure anxiety is more punctual than the market itself... But honestly, for ordinary people balancing gas fees and experience, don't go hard on the mainnet: small amounts and frequent transactions should honestly be done on L2, saving on gas and hassle; if you really need to go on the mainnet, only do the "few but critical" steps, like large transfers / moving to cold wallets / adjusting core positions, and avoid everything else. There's also a small habit: during peak times (like unlocks or airdrop rumors), I prefer to wait two or three more blocks, or directly use protected swaps/private order placements, to avoid giving the market makers a cut. Anyway, what you save isn't just a few dollars in gas, but your peace of mind.
