Anchorage Digital submitted a comment letter on proposed U.S. stablecoin rulemaking tied to the GENIUS Act. Anchorage Digital said it plans to jointly issue a fourth stablecoin, UDSPT, with Western Union in the near future. Anchorage Digital also said it expects to become a licensed payment stablecoin issuer after the act takes effect.
