Senators Publish Final CLARITY Act Stablecoin Yield Text
Senators Thom Tillis and Angela Alsobrooks published final CLARITY Act text on stablecoin yield, and Polymarket traders now price a 55% chance of the bill becoming law in 2026. Faryar Shirzad said the move clears one of the main disputes holding up the bill. The text bans interest or yield paid solely for holding payment stablecoins. The text still allows rewards tied to bona fide crypto platform or network activity.
