The U.S. military uses AI technology for mine clearance in the Strait of Hormuz

Mars Finance News, May 2 — The U.S. Navy is collaborating with American Domino Data Labs to conduct mine clearance operations in the Strait of Hormuz using artificial intelligence technology. According to reports, under the contract between the two parties, Domino Data Labs trains underwater drones to identify new types of mines using AI technology. Domino Data Labs stated that their technology can reduce the training time for underwater drones from six months to just a few days. (CCTV News)
