I realize that I am really sensitive to "floating losses." Even though I haven't sold, my mind automatically treats it as money I have already lost. The more I think about it, the more I feel unwilling, and in the middle of the night, I even scroll through my phone to check active addresses and fund flows on the chain... Conversely, floating gains feel very Zen; I think "maybe it will be gone tomorrow," and I sleep pretty well. To put it simply, that stabbing pain of loss feels more real. Recently, with inflation in blockchain games and a studio's collapse, as the coin price spirals downward, many people are probably caught in this sleepless cycle. No need to argue now, just save a screenshot of today's emotions and data, then put the phone away, and go to sleep first.
