On May 2, according to CME’s ‘FedWatch’: The probability of the Federal Reserve keeping interest rates unchanged in June is 92.8%, while the cumulative probability of a 25 basis point rate cut is 7.2%. The probability of the Fed maintaining rates through July is 88.8%, with a cumulative probability of a 25 basis point cut at 10.9% and a 50 basis point cut at 0.3%.
