Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit exhausted from grinding on testnet points... It was originally just to practice and get a feel for it, but once I start mentally "expecting to get something," my actions become distorted. Staying up late, clicking randomly, gas fees—it's all the same vibe as chasing a rally. My stop-loss is pretty simple: patch myself up daily with small fixes—stop when the time is up, stop when the budget is exhausted, and if I start to get overly excited, stop too; missing out is okay, consider it paying tuition rather than investing. Outside, people are talking about ETF capital flows, US stock risk appetite, and the narrative of crypto prices rising and falling with it. I just see it as that—when emotions kick in, the first thing to suffer is my own rhythm. Take it slow; only what lasts long is truly valuable.
