Truist (NYSE: TFC) investors approve incentive plan, reject policy risk report

At its 2026 Annual Meeting, Truist Financial Corporation’s shareholders approved an amended incentive plan, the executive compensation program, and the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditor. They also elected all nominated directors. However, a shareholder proposal for a report on risks from misalignment between corporate policies and the customer base was rejected, indicating broad support for current management decisions and policies.
