Paradigm Researcher Proposes PACT to Shield Dormant Bitcoin From Quantum Attacks

Paradigm researcher Dan Robinson proposed PACT, a timestamp-based scheme to protect long-dormant Bitcoin, including Satoshi Nakamoto’s early addresses, from future quantum computing attacks. The design lets users prove address control without moving funds or exposing on-chain activity, and it contrasts with mandatory migration schemes such as BIP-361.
