Ethereum Foundation sold 10,000 ETH in an OTC transaction at an average price of 2,292.15 dollars. BitMNR was the counterparty. The foundation said the sale will fund core operations, and its three most recent OTC sales total 25,000 ETH for about 57 million dollars.
