These days, the group keeps getting flooded with reposts about "stablecoin regulation," "reserve audits," and "de-pegging," and I feel itchy to jump in and do something. Honestly, the cruelest part of the attention economy is: you think you're gaining information, but you're actually being led by emotions, and each hot topic cycle just keeps you paying tuition repeatedly.

I've now set a very simple rule for myself: no matter how loudly someone is shouting, first check if my original trend conditions have been broken. If not, I won't overreact; if I do need to act, I only follow the pre-written positions and stop-losses, and won't "expand the scope" on the spot. The more the trending topics scream, the more I want to sleep—better to miss out than be dragged along… I'll keep watching.
