My phone keeps popping up that red dot saying “17 transactions pending synchronization,” and just glancing at it makes my scalp tingle… As a perfectionist, I always think “I'll organize everything when I have free time,” but the more I delay, the more it snowballs. Now I’ve learned my lesson—on-chain transfers, CEX deposits and withdrawals, swapping coins, gas fees, even fragmented things like airdrops— I just jot down a quick note: time, address/platform, what I did, screenshot/tx hash uploaded to cloud storage, and at the end of the month, export a spreadsheet. Otherwise, I’ll really go crazy by the end of the year.
Recently, I’ve also gotten tired of the community arguing about privacy coins, mixing, and compliance boundaries. Honestly, whether you use them or not is one thing, but explaining it clearly during reporting is another… Anyway, I now try to leave clear traces of “where the funds came from and where they went,” so that later I won’t be left with just “I don’t know why I transferred at the time.” That’s it for now—slowly working on overcoming procrastination.
