These days, being "floating loss" has been keeping me from sleeping well. Even though I haven't really moved much during the day while watching the market, at night my mind starts to review: Did I enter too early? Should I cut my losses... Honestly, when I'm floating profits, I don't really feel much, at most it's "oh, it's okay," but once it turns red, it feels like someone is amplifying noise in my ears. The more I think about it, the more I lose, and the more I lose, the more I want to keep thinking.

Recently, the social mining and fan token trends have been quite noisy. "Attention is mining" sounds cool, but for someone like me who scrolls through L2 during lunch breaks, attention is the most expensive cost. If I get caught up in the rhythm, it's like adding to my own anxiety about holding.

My noise-canceling strategy is pretty crude: half an hour before sleep, I don't look at the timeline or scroll through groups, I only check my activity chart to confirm that real users are still on the chain... other lively things, forget it.
