Lately, I've been earning testnet points so much that my mindset is starting to drift. It was originally just for practice, but the more I do, the more it feels like I'm waiting for a "return." Honestly, once practice turns into expectations, it's easy to unconsciously start increasing the stakes: opening multiple accounts, staying up late to complete tasks, various signature authorizations... and then anxiety kicks in too.

I set a simple rule for myself to cut losses: spend no more than an hour each day, stop if I go over; only use one dedicated wallet, and minimize authorizations whenever possible; and whenever I start thinking "what can I exchange these points for," I immediately close the webpage. A couple of days ago, I saw modularization and the DeFi layer heating up again, developers chatting excitedly, and as an ordinary user, I was honestly confused. The more confused I got, the more I wanted to find some certainty through points, which is actually dangerous.

Last night, I even had a moment where I wanted to leave the group and uninstall those testnet tools... but then I thought, uninstalling isn't winning; restraint is. Anyway, don’t treat practice as investment—keep a steady mindset.
