The Ethereum Foundation sold 10,000 ETH to BitMine in an OTC deal at an average price of $2,292.15, implying about $22.9 million in proceeds. The foundation said the sale is part of its treasury management strategy to fund core operations, research, ecosystem growth, and community grants. The transaction follows a March sale of 5,000 ETH to BitMine for about $10.2 million.
