CryptoWorld News reports that Iran has submitted a new proposal to Washington aimed at ending the war, showing signs of compromise and seeking to restart negotiations to resolve this deadlock that has imposed a heavy economic cost on it. Insiders say that Iran’s new proposal brings it one step closer to the United States: it suggests discussing Tehran’s conditions for opening the Strait of Hormuz together with the U.S. commitments to stop attacks and lift the blockade on Iranian ports. In addition, the new proposal also proposes discussing issues related to Iran’s nuclear program in exchange for the U.S. implementing sanctions relief. Iran has told mediators that if Washington is receptive to the new proposal, Iran is prepared to hold talks in Pakistan at the beginning of next week.
