Lately, the L2s have been winding each other up by competing over TPS, fees, and subsidies—so noisy it’s like a vegetable market. I’m actually more concerned about this: what do ordinary people really want? Put simply, it’s don’t get tortured by gas, don’t wait forever just to get confirmed, and still be able to withdraw at any time.

My compromise is: for everyday small transactions and lots of frequent operations, I put it on L2 for convenience and peace of mind; but once it’s a large amount, a long-term hold, or involves something like cross-chain bridges—the kind of “if something goes wrong, it’s hard to sleep” situation—I still lean back toward the mainnet, even if it’s more expensive. Just treat it like buying some peace of mind.

Experience is like saving money and saving time at the same time—you always have to give up one… Anyway, I’d rather make fewer moves, than stack up risk just to save those few fees.

That’s it for now—keep watching, not talking so much.
