Just saw someone’s wallet get emptied again, checked the records, and it’s almost certain that they previously authorized unlimited access to a dApp. Later, when the project team or contract had some issues, you were still sleeping, and the assets were already on the way. Revoking permissions is really like locking the door before bed — not out of “fear,” but to leave fewer vulnerabilities. Anyway, I now just reduce the permissions or revoke them directly after use; even a couple of extra clicks are worth it. Recently, there’s been talk about increasing taxes and tightening compliance in certain regions, then loosening again. When deposit and withdrawal expectations change, it’s easier for people to panic and chase hot trends or click on random links… The more this happens, the more you need to slow down. Don’t take “convenience” as default safety. If you make a mistake, fix it, but don’t wait to be educated before changing.
