Overloading with information that makes your brain feel hot from scrolling through groups, it's really easy to get a shaky hand and chase after trades.

In the group, there are a bunch of "inside information" + KOLs, one picture and a paragraph, and in the end, when you lose money, you still don't know who to blame.
Honestly, it's still your impulsive decision to buy.
Recently, the testnet incentives and points expectations are even more outrageous, everyone is guessing whether the mainnet will issue tokens, and the mood is contagious—sometimes FOMO, sometimes cursing the project team for just promising empty words.
Anyway, I’ve set a rule for myself now: if I see the hype, I first turn off for half an hour, and only act after I can clearly explain why I buy or not buy.
Otherwise, I’ll just treat it as watching a meme… that’s how I’ll do it for now.
