Recently, I saw a bunch of PFPs talking about "membership benefits" and "brand stories." As I scrolled through, I kept thinking: is this really long-term value, or just short-term attention-grabbing packaging? To put it simply, many so-called memberships are just a digital ticket; when things are lively, people join the group to chat, but when it cools down, all that's left is an avatar idling on the chain.

Actually, I don't oppose brands; I think those that survive are pretty good at doing things. But the premise is not to treat "faith" as risk control. Especially in cross-chain, authorization, and signing processes, project teams want you to "prove who you are," but then you end up handing over your entire wallet set... I've seen too many of these failures at the bridge.

Anyway, the macro side is talking about rate cut expectations, the dollar index, and risk assets going up and down together—attention is more like a tide. If PFPs are really about long-term, they shouldn't just post new images and slogans. First, they need to make security and redemption mechanisms solid; otherwise, even the strongest community is just a passing breeze.
