These days I've been doing testnet tasks again, originally just for practice, but then in the group everyone started talking about "how many points can be exchanged for" and I also got a bit caught up in the rhythm... Not to mention that recently cross-chain bridges have had issues, oracles occasionally give false quotes, and whenever there's any movement, everyone first says "wait for confirmation," making me feel like every signature I sign is like opening a blind box.

Honestly, once practice turns into expectations, I need to set a stop-loss for myself: time stop-loss + mental stop-loss. I'm being very blunt now—at most half an hour a day, and after that I won't touch it; whenever I start fantasizing "this time definitely has big gains," I just stop for the day. Anyway, my main holdings are still dollar-cost averaging and rebalancing, and testnets are just for fitness—don't treat fitness as salary, or you'll easily lose your mind. That's it for now, just endure slowly.
