These past few days, I've noticed the funding rates starting to become extreme again. My first reaction isn't "go all in," but rather to ask myself: am I taking the opposing side, or am I fueling the volatility... Honestly, the more outrageous the rates are, the more it seems like they're forcing you to pick a side, but I prefer to hide first and wait for it to cool down on its own. Especially recently, with cross-chain bridge hacks and oracle anomalies with abnormal quotes, everyone is huddling together in the phrase "waiting for confirmation," and I'm pretty much the same—prefer to miss out on some opportunities rather than get pierced by a needle. If I do participate, I only choose those with very clear structures and where I can set stop-losses comfortably; lower frequency makes it easier to sleep at night. What I don't regret is: most of the time, I choose not to act. For now, I’ll keep waiting for my "best entry point."
