Payment infrastructure company Fun completes $72 million Series A funding, led by Multicoin Capital and SignalFire

BlockBeats message, May 1 — payment infrastructure startup Fun has completed a $72 million Series A funding round, led by Multicoin Capital and SignalFire, with participation from Justin Mateen, co-founder of Tinder, as well as Infinity Ventures and Pharsalus Capital.

Fun mainly provides cryptocurrency and fiat currency deposit and withdrawal infrastructure for platforms such as Polymarket, Lighter, and Aave, with an annual payment processing volume exceeding $18 billion. The company plans to use the new funding to expand its team by about 30 people.
