Morgan Stanley Executive Says Bitcoin Adoption Is Still in Early Stages
Amy Oldenburg said Morgan Stanley still sees bitcoin adoption as early, even after the bank’s Morgan Stanley Bitcoin Trust took in more than $100 million in its first week. Oldenburg said the initial flows came only through self-directed accounts because the fund was not yet available on the advisory platform. She also said spot crypto trading is coming for the bank’s wealth management clients.
