Astragalus and Codonopsis Tea (For Kidney Qi Deficiency)



Ingredients: 5-10 grams of Astragalus, about 10 grams of Codonopsis
Preparation: Brew with boiling water, drink as a tea substitute
Effects: Astragalus tonifies Qi, consolidates the exterior, promotes urination, and detoxifies; Codonopsis tonifies the spleen, benefits the lungs, generates fluids, and nourishes the blood
Suitable for: People with kidney Qi deficiency accompanied by spleen and stomach weakness
Note: Use with caution in cases of excess, heat syndromes, and those with vigorous Qi.
