The U.S. Department of Defense has reached agreements with seven AI-related companies to develop the U.S. military into an "artificial intelligence-led" combat force in the future.

According to Dongcha Beating Monitoring, the U.S. Department of Defense has reached agreements with seven AI-related companies: SpaceX, OpenAI, Google, NVIDIA, Reflection, Microsoft, and Amazon Cloud Services (AWS). In a statement, the Pentagon said, “These agreements accelerate the transformation process of the U.S. military. They will help the U.S. military build an “AI-led” combat force and will enhance the U.S. military’s ability to maintain decision-making advantages across all domains of warfare.”
