Golden Finance reports that on May 1st, NVIDIA’s holdings company Nebius agreed to acquire reasoning and model optimization company Eigen AI, strengthening its Nebius Token Factory as a cutting-edge reasoning platform. The deal is valued at approximately $643 million, paid in cash and Class A shares.
