Green Power announcement: The company signed the “Deepening Cooperation Framework Agreement” and its supplemental agreements with Alibaba Cloud Feitian (Hangzhou) Cloud Computing Technology Co., Ltd. on April 27, 2026. The two parties will further deepen cooperation in the field of intelligentization of solid-waste power plants, providing intelligent plant services to other power plants under Party A. They will also jointly develop frontier technologies such as intelligent processing of waste cranes, fly ash, and leachate, as well as multi-source solid-waste intelligent detection. This agreement shall be performed for a term of 5 years from the date it becomes effective.
