Stopping loss is really like breaking up... The more you drag it out, the more you want to "give it one more chance," but in the end, your account is glowing green, and you still have to be slowly eaten away by interest. To be honest, admitting defeat hurts the most, but after the pain, you can sleep; if you don't admit it, you stare at the market every day waiting for a miracle, and your mentality first explodes.

Recently, I've been talking about rate cut expectations, the US dollar index rising and falling with risk assets. I feel like jumping in too, my hand reaching for the order button but then pulling back. Anyway, I’ve set a rule for myself now: if I’m wrong, I walk away. Don’t fall in love with the market; in the end, I’ll be the only one paying the rent.
