Tradexyz will launch Pre-IPO stock perpetual contracts
Deep Tide TechFlow News, May 01, According to official Tradexyz documentation, the decentralized trading platform Tradexyz has officially added the Pre-IPO Perpetual Contract Market to its product documentation. This product is a cash-settled perpetual derivative, referencing the expected public equity of the planned issuer, used for price discovery before listing.
XYZ emphasizes that the Pre-IPO Perpetual Contract is not a stock, IPO allocation, tokenized equity, or security interest, and holding a position does not confer ownership, voting rights, dividend rights, or any claims against the issuer. After listing, the relevant market is expected to convert to a standard external-priced perpetual contract once sufficient external data is available; if the listing is delayed, fails, or undergoes significant changes, the market will settle according to mechanisms such as the Outside Launch Date, Settlement Period, and TWAP.
