Lately I've been confused by a bunch of terms: data availability, ordering, finality... Basically, I follow one thread — whether the "funds received/trade executed/confirmation" you see can actually be reviewed, and whether it can still be altered. Whether the data can be verified by others determines if you’re just looking at a screenshot or if it actually happened; who queues up determines if you’re at the front or jumped. Finality means whether the event is irreversible or if it can be rolled back.

Then looking at those social mining and fan tokens now, claiming "attention is mining," I have some doubts: attention can be mined, but it’s also the easiest to be reordered or rolled back... After the hype, what really counts is whether anything is left on the chain. When the tide goes out, I feel more at ease — I’ll pick up the pieces slowly, no need to rush to chase.
