Haha, I just came across this story about Sahar Tabar and I had to laugh. The Iranian influencer Sahar Tabar made the internet go crazy a few years ago — everywhere the media was writing that she had undergone plastic surgery 50 times to look like Angelina Jolie. And then she looked like a zombie figure, really disturbing.
But here comes the plot twist: It was all just retouching and makeup in the end! Sahar Tabar completely fooled people. I mean, the pictures were already wild, but I honestly didn't think it was just editing. It just shows how crazy social media has become and how much images can be manipulated.
Many people got totally caught up in the whole story. Sahar Tabar is now simply a prime example of how quickly fake news spreads in the media. Pretty crazy, actually.
