Stop-loss really is like a breakup, the more you drag it out, the more you want to give it "one more chance," but in the end, watching the market every day makes your heart race, and the fees keep slowly eating away at you. Honestly, admitting defeat is the most painful part, but after that, it feels lighter, and I sleep more soundly at night. My current approach is very simple: before entering a position, I write down "the maximum loss I can tolerate," and when it hits, I just close it without negotiating with myself...

By the way, just to vent, recently someone said that on-chain data tools and tagging systems are a bit laggy and might even be misleading. I also feel the same: don’t put too much faith in those "smart money tags." When you really want to run, you look at the tags and they’re still "analyzing." You say "wait a bit longer, it will rebound"... I was thinking the same at the time.
