Recently, people keep asking me whether retail investors need to understand "block builders, bundles," and I feel that knowing just "why I confirmed my transaction but still got front-run or sniped" is enough. Basically, your transaction may not be included in the block in the order you see; someone might bundle a bunch together and insert them, with priority depending on who is better at "queueing" + who offers more attractive incentives.

Large on-chain transfers, hot wallets of exchanges moving funds, are often called smart money, and I also like to observe but don’t get too caught up… many times it’s just repositioning, risk control, or internal operations. Following along with refreshes/retries only emotionally keeps you in the race. My approach is very simple: don’t rush in during the most volatile few minutes; if you can set a limit order, do so. If you really want to rush, treat it as tuition fees paid in advance. That’s all for now.
