Huizhou, Guangdong implements talent housing voucher policy: no household registration or social security required, with a maximum subsidy of 100k yuan

The Huizhou City Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, together with the Municipal Finance Bureau and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, has issued a policy on subsidies for talent housing vouchers. Under the policy, eligible talent who purchase newly built commercial housing in Huizhou may directly apply for housing vouchers to offset the purchase price, with a maximum subsidy of 100,000 yuan. The total policy quota is 100 million yuan, with “first come, first served.” According to the policy, this talent housing voucher will be issued in tiers based on talent categories. The specific standards are: 1. Bachelor’s degree, intermediate professional title, technician: 30,000 yuan per person; 2. Master’s degree, deputy senior professional title, senior technician, and Huizhou City C-level high-level talent: 50,000 yuan per person; 3. Doctoral degree, senior professional title, and Huizhou City B-level and above high-level talent: 100,000 yuan per person.
