#美国寻求战略比特币储备 The United States is advancing the "Strategic Bitcoin Reserve" plan, which was officially established by an executive order on March 6, 2025, by the Trump administration. The plan aims to hold approximately 200k Bitcoin confiscated by the federal government (worth about $20 billion) as a long-term national strategic asset, similar to gold and oil reserves.

The reserve is managed by the Department of the Treasury, with funds primarily sourced from Bitcoin confiscated by the Justice Department in efforts to combat dark web activities, ransomware, and other crimes. At the same time, the U.S. has also set up a "Digital Asset Inventory System" to store other confiscated cryptocurrencies.

Currently, Congress is pushing the "U.S. Reserve Modernization Act" (ARMA), which plans to purchase 1 million Bitcoin over five years in a "budget-neutral manner," further consolidating its dominance in the global digital asset space.

Additionally, White House Digital Asset Advisor Patrick Witt stated that major breakthroughs regarding the reserve will be announced in the coming weeks, marking Bitcoin's transition from an investment asset to a national-level reserve asset.$BTC
