Today the on-chain network was a bit congested, so I casually checked the mempool, and the feeling was like waiting in line during a food delivery peak: placing an order doesn't mean it's being processed immediately, transactions actually wait in the pool for miners/validators to pick, if the fee isn't high enough they get left hanging, and even new transactions from the same address can get stuck… Basically, it's like "I thought I sent it out," but it's not confirmed on the chain yet.

Recently, before and after the upgrade/maintenance of that mainstream public chain, people in the group have been speculating whether the ecosystem will migrate. I'm actually more concerned: if there's suddenly congestion, bridges, token swaps, margin replenishments could all get stuck in the queue, and when emotions run high and you panic, you might impulsively increase your bid and click randomly.

By the way, a small thing: a couple of days ago I followed an account that’s very good at shouting, but whenever I saw them start to hype during congestion, I unfollowed… Forget it, I prefer to look at TVL and capital flows, confirm more slowly, and worry less.
