Lately, I've been switching back and forth between the mainnet and L2. To put it simply, ordinary people only care about two things: not getting gouged by gas fees, and not messing around until they start doubting life. I now mainly do "things that must be done there" on the mainnet: large transfers, key authorizations, and occasionally using old-school protocols; the rest I can leave on L2, saving money and making it more convenient. The most annoying part is just jumping back and forth—there are many bridges, different times, and I have to keep an eye on not clicking the wrong thing.

Recently, the staking and shared security setup got called a "copycat," which I can understand. The idea of stacking yields sounds great, but the longer the chain, the more nervous I get: one more layer means one more potential mistake point. Anyway, I now value a stable experience and clear rules more; earning a little less is okay.

What I fear most isn't slowness, but chaos—slow I can wait for, but if it gets messy, I won't know which step might trigger a problem. For now, that's it. Tonight, I'll keep watching the market and reviewing.
