Reddi announces Q2 earnings guidance: expects revenue of $715 million to $725 million, above market expectations

Golden Finance reports that on May 1st, Reddit announced its Q2 2026 earnings guidance, expecting revenue of $715 million to $725 million, higher than the market forecast of $711.6 million; adjusted EBITDA is expected to be $285 million to $295 million, also above analysts’ expectations of $277.1 million. Additionally, the number of active advertisers increased by 75% year-over-year, revenue grew by 69% year-over-year to $663 million, surpassing the market expectation of $610.9 million; daily active unique visitors increased by 17% year-over-year to 126.8 million, and global average revenue per user (ARPU) grew by 44%.
Reddit stated that it is continuously improving advertising efficiency through AI tools, including an AI ad copy generator tailored for Reddit scenarios, with conversion-focused performance advertising revenue accounting for over 60% of total ad revenue.
