Today I was feeling a bit restless again, and whenever I saw green or red jumps, I wanted to add to my position.
Then I paused and asked myself: Am I being driven by information or emotion?
Honestly, many times it's just "fear of missing out," and then I find reasons for myself with a few screenshots and a message in the group saying "It's about to take off."
These past couple of days, rumors about stablecoin regulation, reserve audits, and various "possible de-pegging" rumors have been circulating back and forth in the group, and emotions can really be easily swayed:
On one hand, afraid of black swan events, and on the other, afraid that others will run first.
Anyway, my current approach is, if I really want to move my position, I at least double-check the source and wait a while before deciding;
If it's just my heartbeat speeding up, then I tell myself it's time for a nap.
Light positions and slow trading aren't cool, but they work pretty well.
