In the past two days, I’ve kept scrolling past “unlock calendars,” and also the warning that “staking unlocks are about to be a dump.” Honestly, if you watch too much of this, your brain is very easy to be led around: first you’re afraid of missing the move, then you’re afraid of catching a falling knife. Hot topics rotate like turning pages—your attention gets tugged this way and that—until, in the end, your hands start itching. Even when there are no signals, you still want to “do something first.”

My current approach is pretty old-school: first, drink some water; then, stare at the set of entry/exit rules I’ve made and go through it once, confirming that I’m not placing orders just to fight off anxiety. If I really want to get involved, I only use a small position—leaving myself room to fix mistakes. Otherwise, once you let emotions like unlocks get you into a rhythm, the easiest thing to happen is to end up getting chopped repeatedly and adding repeatedly.

That’s it for now.
