This move is so slick, Codex directly takes over the browser to chat with Amazon customer service and handle refunds, proving that AI can really solve all our problems in the future. Imagine, in the future, online shopping refunds won't require us to argue with customer service anymore; AI will handle all the processes for us.


If this technology becomes widespread, the customer service industry might undergo a major shake-up, since AI won't get tired or emotional. But on the other hand, if this technology is abused, the return rate could skyrocket, and merchants will probably be worried.
In the next few years, these kinds of automation tools will definitely become more common, and ordinary people will be able to use them too.
